7-day return window from the date of delivery.
returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
email muskaan@thefunkytrunk.in with your order number and photos of the damage.
refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

how do I track my order?

you'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

can I exchange a piece?

we don't do exchanges at the moment, but if your piece arrives damaged, we'll sort it out.

what if I entered the wrong address?

email us ASAP at muskaan@thefunkytrunk.in and we'll try to update it before it ships.
