when you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address — the basics we need to get your jewellery to you. if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. that's it. we don't collect anything extra.
processing and delivering your order. sending you an order confirmation email. contacting you if there's an issue with your order. if you start a checkout but don't finish, we may send you one reminder email about your incomplete order — you can opt out from any reminder. we don't sell your data, ever. we don't send marketing emails unless you've signed up for them.
all payments are processed securely by Razorpay. we never see or store your card details — that's handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-compliant systems.
we use minimal cookies to keep you signed in. no tracking cookies, no third-party ad cookies, no creepy stuff.
you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. just email muskaan@thefunkytrunk.in and we'll take care of it.

colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen — that's just how screens work. all jewellery on the funky trunk is fashion / costume jewellery, not precious metals or gemstones.
all prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes. we reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
placing an order is an offer to purchase. we may decline or cancel orders if a product is out of stock or if there's a pricing error. if that happens, we'll refund you in full.
the funky trunk is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
